Ingredients: Organic Oat Straw, Skullcap, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Lavender, Chamomile, Gotu Kola, Ashwagandha Root, and Valerian Root.
2 oz. Loose Herbs
Suggested Uses: For hot tea, pour boiling water over at least 1 Tbsp of herbs or to desired taste. Can be made as a cold tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
