Lion's mane is a large, white nootropic fungus that resembles a lion’s mane. It is used in many Asian countries both for culinary and medicinal uses. When consumed they may have beneficial effects on the brain, heart and gut, and aid in reducing memory loss, anxiety, diabetes and ulcers.
