Ingredients: Organic Black Cohosh root (Cimicifuga racemosa). Also known by Black snakeroot/ Black bugbane.
Suggested Serving and Uses: For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min. Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil.
